The application of evaporation cold fan cooling technology in subway stations

At present, the subway station hall and platform ventilation and air conditioning system mainly include two forms: mechanical ventilation system and mechanical refrigeration air -conditioning system. The mechanical ventilation system has large air volume, small temperature difference, and poor comfort; the cooling tower of the mechanical refrigeration and air conditioning system is not easy to arrange and the energy consumption is large. Combining the mechanical ventilation system and evaporation cooling technology, proposed to use direct evaporation cooling ventilation and cooling systems in the subway station hall and platform, mainly the following characteristics:

1. Use ventilation and cooling methods to meet the temperature and humidity requirements of the subway station hall and platform;

2. No need to set the cooling tower;

3. It can reduce the cross -sectional area of ​​the off -air duct to save space;

4. Utilize a large amount of fresh air and use wet filtration to improve the indoor air quality of the underground building.

At present, the Madrid subway, the London subway, and the Tehran subway abroad have adopted direct evaporation and cooling ventilation and cooling systems. There are three different forms: evaporating and cooling spray cooling device, direct evaporation cooling air -conditioning units, and mobile evaporation air -conditioning. The application has achieved a good cooling effect.

 

The climate of the northwestern regions of my country has a rich dry air. At present, Lanzhou, Urumqi and other places have considered adopting the use of evaporating cooling ventilation and cooling systems to cool down the subway station halls and platforms to cool down to achieve the purpose of saving low -carbon and improving air quality.

In addition to the direct use of evaporation cooling to cool down the air in the station, using evaporating cooling technology to control high temperature and cold water for heat recovery is also an important direction for the application of the subway field. The air -conditioning system condenses water, concentrated recycling, supplemented the water of evaporation loss of the thermal recycling spray system, and makes full use of the energy of the loss. This technology has been applied in the Guangzhou Metro Reconstruction Project.
