Industrial air cooler is a very good cooling and ventilation equipment for workshops. clean cool air is delivered to the positions where workers work through duct, which can reduce the investment cost for  the enterprise workshop. While there will be  insufficient cooling air volume or uneven air volume at the air outlet, If the cooling system designed by unprofessional is not reasonable . so let’s see the technical requirements and production methods and skills in the design of your air cooler system.

1. The choice of air duct is generally galvanized sheet , it cal also be glass fiber reinforced plastic, plastic air duct, aluminum foil composite board and other materials according to the environmental characteristics;

2. The air outlet should be set at the positions where there are people working. The specifications of the air outlet are set depend on the length of the air duct and the air volume. Generally, there are two sizes of air outlets, 270*250mm and 750*400mm. The air speed of the air outlet is 3 -6m/S;

3. The specifications of the air supply pipes are generally designed by the assumed flow rate method. The wind speed of the main air pipe is 6-8m/s, the wind speed of the branch pipes is 4-5m/s, and the wind speed of the end pipes is kept at a minimum of 3-4m/s;

4. The air supply duct should not be too long. Generally, the air supply duct of the general-purpose model 18000 air volume industrial air cooler should not exceed 25m, and the air openings should be kept within 12.

5.design the duct to be as straight as much as possible to avoid unnecessary turns and branches, so as to reduce the local resistance loss of the pipeline;

6. When designing the air duct, according to the size of the air duct of the main unit of the environmental protection air conditioner, the air duct should be properly reduced in diameter, and the diameter of the air duct should not be set too much. Generally, the maximum number of times of diameter change for the entire air duct should not be greater than four times;

9. If the air duct branch must be done in the air duct project, it is necessary to set up a separate valve or air baffle plate on the branch pipe to adjust the air volume, so that the air volume of the branch pipe is sufficient to meet the design requirements.
