Industrial evaporative air cooler installation methods

As we know the industrial air cooler are install on side of the wall or on roof. Let’s introduce two methods of the installation.

1. Installation method of environmental friendly air cooler on side of the wall:

The 40*40*4 angle iron frame is used to connect with the wall or window panel, the air duct and the angle iron frame are cushioned with rubber to prevent vibration, and all gaps are sealed with glass or cement mortar. The air supply elbow shall be prepared according to the requirements of the drawings, and the cross-sectional area shall not be less than 0.45 square meters. When installing the air duct, install the hanger on the installation bracket so that all the weight of the air duct is hoisted on the bracket. Technical requirements: 1. The welding and installation of the triangular bracket must be firm; 2. The maintenance platform must be able to support the weight of the unit and maintenance person; 3. The main air cooler must be installed horizontally; 4. The section of the main engine flange and the air supply elbow must be flush; 5. All exterior wall air ducts must be waterproofed; 6. The junction box of the main unit must be installed against the temple for easy maintenance; 7. The air duct elbow should be waterproofed at the temple to prevent water from flowing into the room

2. Roof installation method of brick wall structure workshop:

1. Use 40*40*4 angle iron frame to connect and fix with reinforced concrete bolts; 2. The roof truss should have enough strength to bear the weight of the unit and maintenance personnel; 3. The size of the roof opening should not be larger than the installation size of the air duct 20mm; 4. The installation must be horizontal; 5. The section of the main engine flange and the air supply elbow must be flush; 6. All roof air ducts must be waterproofed; 7. The four corners must be provided with support frames.
