Evaporative air conditioner refers to the use of moisture evaporation and forced circulation of air to take away the condensation heat to cool the high-temperature and high-pressure superheated steam discharged from the compressor and condense it into a liquid. It can be widely used in petrochemical, light industry and medicine, refrigeration and air conditioning, food refrigeration and many other industries, and is suitable for large and medium-sized refrigeration devices.

The evaporative air conditioner is a new type of cooling equipment that organically combines a sprinkling pipe cooler and a circulating cooling tower, and combines the advantages of the two. The cooler adopts a counter-flow structure, which mainly includes air ducts, axial fans, boxes, water collectors, water distributors, cooling heat exchange tube groups, steel structure frames, wind windows, pools, circulating water pumps, float valves, etc. The cooling pipes are used in parallel, the heat exchange area is large, and the system resistance is small. The structure is compact and the floor space is small. Modular design, independent unit operation, can be arbitrarily increased or adjusted according to the production capacity of the system.

The heat transfer part of the equipment is a heat exchange tube group. The liquid enters from the upper part of the heat exchange tube group, is distributed to each row of tubes through the header, and flows out from the lower nozzle after the heat exchange is completed. The cooling water is pumped by circulating water to the water distributor on the upper part of the heat exchange tube group. The water distributor is equipped with high-efficiency anti-blocking nozzles to evenly distribute the water to each group of rows of tubes. The water flows down in a film on the outer surface of the tubes. The filler layer on the upper part of the pool falls into the pool for recycling. When water flows through the cooler tube group, it relies on the evaporation of water and uses the latent heat of evaporation of water to cool the medium in the tube. At the same time, the fresh air drawn in from outside the wind windows on the lower side of the cooler by the axial flow induced draft fan will take away the water vapor in time, creating conditions for the continuous evaporation of the water film.
