XIKOO industry axial model and centrifugal model are used in machine tool workshop

XIKOO has a wide range of air coolers, among which industrial models are most suitable for use in production workshops and are also the most popular models for factories. At the end of 2020, a customer invited us to do a cooling design for their factory, which mainly produces machine tools.

Because the customer needs to control the surrounding noise, but also needs to have a considerable cooling effect, and the price needs to be affordable, so we put forward a request. After our engineers surveyed the site, we proposed the use of axial models and centrifugal models, which can not only ensure the cooling effect, but also reduce the environmental noise, the most important thing is the value for money.

Compared with the centrifuge, the axial model air cooler has higher noise. There are frequency conversion and fixed speed. The frequency conversion has 12 wind speeds. The higher speed with higher air volume, so noise will be higher. However, if it is matched with a duct what can still reduce a little noise. But many customers think that this noise is not a big deal, and they still choose an axial flow industry, because the price is basically twice that of a centrifugal type. But in fact, if the customer’s budget allows, the centrifugal type must be better, with high value, low noise, large air volume, and turbo-type air supply, but it must be used with air ducts, because the air pressure is relatively large, and no air ducts are added. , The motor is easily unbearable and easy to burn.

According to the customer’s requirements and budget, our engineers decided to use the axial flow model and the centrifugal model together, and made professional cooling installation drawings. The customer was satisfied and soon placed an order for production and installation. XIKOO provides one-stop service. Now the feedback from customers is very good. They took some pictures and provided them to us. I really appreciate the support and trust of customers.
